Our Leader Lunches are themed around our Ordinary Churches and our Extraordinary Calling during the 2025/26 year… and this is the last one!
Jim Cofield is the associate director of Crosspoint Ministry, where he finds joy in helping those in leadership, including working with pastors in retreats and spiritual life coaching. Joy Cofield is part of the advocacy team at Crosspoint, where she leads women’s retreats and provides life coaching. Together, they see the value in raising leaders and helping them find their calling.
Inadequate Leaders, Extraordinary Calling. Jim and Joy will remind us that we are not perfect. We each have flaws and shortcomings, and we sometimes feel we lack the qualifications for leadership. It’s a good thing God qualifies the called. There will always be room to grow in our faith and in our leadership, but Jim and Joy will guide us through what it means to see the extraordinary calling God has placed on our lives.
