Where Fort Worth’s church leaders gather
The Plant Fort Worth Conference is where pastors, ministry leaders, and church planters from across greater Fort Worth—and beyond—gather each year. Together, we dream big, share resources, and strengthen the mission of gospel saturation in our city and beyond.
Join 200+ church leaders—paid and unpaid, senior leaders and teammates, elders, deacons, experienced and emerging leaders, and others from across the church spectrum.
Step into conversations, relationships, and opportunities that ripple through the 60+ churches collaborating to influence our city for the name of Jesus.
Experience impactful keynotes, worship and prayer, practical breakout sessions, and new this year, ministry role-specific happy hours—plus food trucks, sponsor booths, giveaways, games, and more.
This two-day event is a rare opportunity to connect directly with the people helping shape Fort Worth’s spiritual landscape.

Three seasons.
One mission.
Whatever our role, we're called to make disciples and to equip God's people to do the same — in every season. How can we live into God's mission, and raise others into ministry, through all of them?

OUR INTERNAL WORLDS
Making disciples in weary seasons
Tish Harrison Warren
Drawing on What Grows in Weary Lands and the desert fathers and mothers, Tish speaks to the burnout and dryness many leaders quietly carry — and how to keep making disciples, ourselves included, when we're running on empty.

Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
