Obe Arellano has spent more than 20 years planting and multiplying churches across North America and Latin America, starting at age 22. His years co-founding and leading Exponential Español, working across bilingual and cross-cultural church contexts, shaped his conviction that every believer — not just paid staff — has a role to play in God's mission. Obe and his wife, Jacqueline, live in Aurora, Illinois.
